ORGANIZATION

2015

  • ACM Society was founded.
  • The category of cleaning and personal care products in DMO was opened for the first time by ACM and public procurement processes were initiated.
  • The first large-scale procurement agreements were signed with public institutions.

2016

  • The DMO's procurement volume was expanded and new agreements were signed with public institutions.
  • Logistics processes for provincial and district directorates were improved.
  • The first strategic studies for brand building and patent processes were initiated.

2017

  • Collaborations between ministries, public institutions and the private sector have been increased, and a wide range of procurement services for the public and private sectors have started to be offered.
  • Applications were made for the company's first patented products and brand development processes accelerated.
  • The Happy Days brand was born.

2018

  • Within the scope of the agreement with the Ministry of Justice, regular product supply to prisons and work dormitories has started.
  • Neşeli Günler brand was included in the supply processes with the production of dried nuts for prison canteens.
  • Brand management strategies were expanded and initiatives were taken for new commercial brands.

2019

  • New agreements were signed to expand the public procurement network.
  • The scope was expanded for the supply of hygiene, stationery and cleaning products to provincial and district directorates, municipalities and various public institutions.
  • Trademark and patent management processes were strengthened and the trademarks portfolio was expanded.

2020

  • With the increasing business volume, the company moved to its new head office in Etimesgut.
  • Logistics and smart storage processes were strengthened with a 5000 m² warehouse.
  • Supply chain optimization and logistics innovation projects were launched.

2021

  • "Best Supplier" award by the Ministry of Health.
  • By ensuring uninterrupted supply for public institutions in times of crisis, the Company strengthened its position as a reliable business partner in the sector.
  • Patent applications were filed for new brands and brand expansion strategies were developed.

2022

  • With the support of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce; ETÜDER and the Food Reliability Association led the "Reliable Supplier" certification.
  • Procurement operations with private and public partners were expanded.
  • Trendyol stores of the Mahall-e brand were opened and stepped into the retail space.
  • ACM invested in the creation of new consumer brands.

2023

  • Biobaby Trendyol store was opened and online sales in the category of baby care products started.
  • Private sector partnerships were deepened.
  • The brand portfolio was further expanded and brand power was enhanced through strategic collaborations.

2024

  • The Mopax brand was born.
  • ACM Medya has been established.
  • Mahall-e's first physical store opened.
  • Growth was achieved in digital marketing, media and advertising.
  • The brand development process was accelerated and strategies for expanding into international markets were created.

2025

  • ACM Group continues to grow with strategic collaborations and new investments.
  • It continues its growth strategy with new projects and business models by strengthening public and private sector partnerships.
